Aluminum and Our Health
The average human body contains approximately 35 mg of aluminum. Almost 50% of this amount is found in the lungs, 25% in the soft tissues and 25% in the bones. The amount of aluminum that can be taken with the utensils used in the kitchen, kitchen foil and canned drinks is only a very small part of the daily amount of aluminum that can be taken with food.
Although there are articles about the effect of aluminum on human health in some sources, aluminum does not have a direct threatening effect on human health.
